Annual General Meeting

We invite you to attend the CSMLS Virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 6, 2026, from the comfort of your home. The AGM is your chance to hear about key CSMLS achievements, events and updates of 2025. It also provides an opportunity to vote on proposed changes to the bylaws. If you cannot attend, you can have your voice represented by appointing a proxy to vote on your behalf. These volunteers will start their appointment on July 1, 2026 and serve a three-year term. Along with the rest of the Board, they will be responsible for governing and decision-making for the organization, guiding its management and ensuring CSMLS fulfills its mission. We encourage you to join us, stay informed and make sure your voice is heard.
